We at Ghetto Funk are incredibly proud and excited to announce our next digital exclusive EP has acquired the services of Jurassic 5′s living legend Akil The MC, and it’s a belter! Just as J5 announce that they’re reforming and embarking on a worldwide tour, Akil found the time to team up with Second Hand Audio to produce the anthem of the summer: Set it off! We’ve been strutting round the office with this on full blast, acting like pigeons in Trafalgar Square (chests out, heads popping up and down like mad bobbins, flapping our arms and dropping loose stools on the floor indiscriminately.)

Remix duties fall to Ghetto Funk underwear X-Ray vision specialist, DJ B-Side, he brings the lasers and the bass. And to Skullee, The caged one we keep in the basement with the Hannibal Lector mask, the Chianti and the fava beans. He brings the triple mental (For Godsake don’t throw any semen!)
