Test Pressing. Handmade sleeve.
This version has the same orange record labels which appear on Soundgarden - Screaming Life test pressing (SP 12).
There is also a blue label version.

Some copies were sent out with a 2 panel color gatefold press release booklet, a photo copy of magazine reviews, and a press letter signed by management.

Sub Pop used to send out test pressings as promos, mainly to writers, because it used to take 3 months, at least (sometimes much longer in the case of fanzines) for a review to get printed.
