Side A has a long track about 20 minutes in length that's called "Rock Is Dead" from a rehearsal session from Feb. 25, 1969. The "Rock Is Dead" track was actually spliced together to make one track from 4 composite parts. It's a blues-rock experiment. Side B has some spoken word pieces by Jim Morrison. The LP lists this recording session from Dec. 8, 1970, taking place on Jim Morrison's 27th birthday. This LP has a lyric book with the lyrics to the "Rock Is Dead" track.Other versions
