Numbers 3 through 5 of the Sounds Of The 20th Century series were initially packaged together in a single semi-transparent white vellum picture sleeve. Numbers 3 and 4 were later sold individually, without the sleeve through the Meat Beat Manifesto Bandcamp web store.

Although identified as such, the record label, Flexidisc, appears nowhere on this release.

The flexi disc is double-sided.
