"This thing is weird. Three mates got together and, without really thinking, jammed out a tape of simultaneously loose and engaging inept electronic muzak using synthesisers, tape loops, a sampler and a drum machine. Three tracks that border on agreeability and a longer, decayed piece of repetitive ooze that all flow with unrestrained ease into one another. Not that it’s even remotely important, but the three fellas involved have played in a number of groups from the last coupla years; Castings, Cistern Corrupt, Tailings, Junk Sick and Orinokoflo among ‘em. If any of these names ring in yer ears, you should probably open your synapses and soak this in. This is one of my fave Alt States releases so far…"
