The difference from the other version is the print on the back cover (see below)

Packaged in 4 standard black tray jewel-cases in a a stiff cardboard box. The front of box says "Frankfurt Beat Productions" and "Limited Edition", the spine of the individual CDs says "Frankfurt Beat Box CD1/2/3/4". Though nowhere appears printed this release is commonly known as "Black Box".

Discs 1 and 2 are the same as Frankfurt Beat Compilation.
Disc 3 is Frankfurt Beat Compilation Vol. 2.
Disc 4 is Frankfurt Beat Compilation Vol. 3.
