Track 20 Recorded Live in USA 1994
Tracks 02, 04, 09, 10, 14, 15 and 18 are indeed from April 13, 1992 Toronto, Canada concert (see for example Hit The North Atlantic bootleg).
However, the rest Sugarcubes' tracks are from the concert on June 3, 1989 at Provinssirock Festival in Finland (However, left and right channel swapped when compared with Ding A Ling A Ling bootleg)
Bonus track 20, is actually a studio version with the audience dubbed in.
