Due to space considerations, “Rangement Verticale,” “The Lord of the Empty Beer Bottles,” “Day After Day,” “Harmonica I,” “Leeza Has Been Briefed on Slack,” “This Is a Beer Ad,” and “Blue Moon” have been omitted from the original cassette for this special Compact Disc edition.
