RCA Victor U.S. CD issue of their 1974 LP configuration (ALP1-0184), featuring selections from various film scores by Alfred Newman, performed by the National Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Charles Gerhardt, and remixed in Dolby Surround for their appearance here. The packaging features a sixteen-page booklet with track and technical information, detailed liner notes and a composer biography by Page Cook, and a black-and-white photo from "The Robe" on the interior pages; and photo-embossed front and back covers, the former featuring a sepia-tone photo of Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon from "Wuthering Heights," with color album graphics superimposed, and the latter featuring a black-and-white photo of Tyrone Power as the "Captain From Castile."Barcode and Other Identifiers
