The tracks are numbered on the labels only by the concertos, i.e. four tracks in all, but thedisc is banded as per the track list.

Australian 2nd pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Mono and stereo versions have the same sleeve (S/6114 on back, RS 6114 on spine) - the mono version has "6114" on label, while the stereo has "S-6114". There is a stereo rosette printed on the back of the sleeve - the mono version has a red "mono" sticker placed over this.

The 2nd version can be identified by the "299" on the address, and by the presence of the printed "stereo" rosette on the back underneath the "mono" sticker (which may have fallen off over the years, as they tend to do).
