SkimStart

SkimStart is a program for notes and quick start hidden windows utilties. SkimStart is a powerful Windows utility program that helps you to have one-click access to all your favourite files. It helps you to organize your notes and quick start hidden windows utilities.  SkimStart is a System Tray (where your clock is) utility. When SkimStart is running, the SkimStarts program icon will be visible in the taskbar System Tray. Left clicking the SkimStarts program tray icon will bring up the notes window.
